Part of the program of the 17th AL ESTE, San Marcos International Film Festival. It follows the life of Tome, a woman born in 1918 into a lower-class family who as a child suffers her stepfather's abuse. As a young woman she migrates to work in a factory, where she has an affair with her boss, then earns her living as a maid and, finally, a prostitute.
