What Limeo is

Limeo is a curated editorial guide to restaurants, events, and shows in Lima. It's an independent project — no affiliation with the ticketers, restaurants, producers, or venues mentioned.

Editorial information — not definitive

Limeo's content is editorial: opinionated recommendations made by us. We make our best effort for the information (hours, addresses, prices, dates) to be accurate, but we don't guarantee it.

Restaurants change hours. Events get cancelled or rescheduled. Prices go up. Check the direct source (restaurant's official site, ticketer) before planning anything critical.

Purchases and reservations

Limeo doesn't sell tickets or accept reservations directly. When you click “View tickets” or “Reserve”, we redirect you to the corresponding partner's site (Joinnus, Teleticket, Heptagrama, Mesa247, etc.). The purchase happens on their site, under their terms.

Any issue with purchase, refund, or event experience → contact the partner directly, not Limeo. We don't have access to your tickets or your purchase data.

Intellectual property

• Limeo's editorial content (takes, reviews, FAQs, previews, curated descriptions) — © Limeo. You can quote short fragments with attribution. For commercial use, contact us.
• Logos, photos, and trademarks of restaurants, events, and artists — property of their respective owners. Used under editorial use and/or citation principles.
• If you own a brand and want us to remove your content, email us and we'll take it down within 48 business hours.

What you can't do

• Scrape or automate access to the site without authorization (interferes with the service for other users).
• Commercially reuse our editorial content without permission or attribution.
• Impersonate identity or publish false information via forms (when we add them).
• Use Limeo for illegal purposes or in violation of Peruvian laws.

No warranties

Limeo is offered “as is”. We don't guarantee continuous uptime, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is free of errors or outdated information. Use at your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Peruvian law, Limeo is not responsible for:

• Purchase or reservation decisions you make based on information published on the site.
• Experience at restaurants, events, or services of third parties linked from the site.
• Losses, damages, or expenses derived directly or indirectly from use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. If changes are substantive, we'll announce them prominently on the home page (and by email if in the future you have an account with us).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be resolved in the competent courts of Lima, Peru.
