As part of LGBTIQ+ Pride and Resistance Month, the sixth edition of the Pluma Desobediente Festival of Dissident Art brings together more than 40 LGBTIQ+ artists from Peru, Chile and Argentina. It includes the first exhibition of dissident art in a state venue.
