Tomás "Toshi" Matsufuji opened this counter in Surquillo in 2011 and moved it to Miraflores in August 2025, half a block from Parque Kennedy. The format didn't change: a short menu, whatever the sea gave that morning, open kitchen and zero ceremony. Ceviche, the combinado and the fried fish chicharrón are what regulars come back for, and the value for money is still the strongest argument. No reservations, and the queue is part of the deal — more so since Netflix put it on the map. Come for a fast, very good lunch, not for a long one.
