Antica Pizzería Chacarilla

Antica Pizzería Chacarilla occupies a space at Av. Primavera 275, on the San Borja side of Chacarilla, and is one of six branches of a brand that says it has been sharing its tradition since 1999. The menu revolves around pizza; the Pizza Antica and the tiramisu are the dishes Google highlights as popular, and diners' photos also show calzone, carpaccio, prosciutto and tagliatelle. It has a bar, a good wine selection according to Google, a kids' menu and high chairs. Our take: it is a neighborhood gathering pizzeria, predictable in the good sense, working just as well for a dinner for two as for a long family table. The house takes reservations for five or more on its website and Google lists free parking. Curation note: the website groups the Barranco and Chacarilla hours together (until midnight Thursday to Saturday); we loaded the branch-specific hours from its Google listing.
