Barrio occupies the ground floor of the GNB building at Av. Las Begonias 419, steps from the Javier Prado intersection; the brand also operates in Guayaquil. Its own introduction sums it up as the tradition of Peruvian cooking mixed with the best of the street. The official menu lists the classic ceviche, the De Carretilla ceviche, the Sání tiradito, Anticuchones, Chorri Papas, the Lomazo al Jugo and El Parrillero. Our take: it is an office-district dining room that turns into a bar at night, better suited to an after-office with happy hour and cocktails than to a long Sunday lunch. Practical notes: it opens Monday to Thursday from 12:00 to 23:00, Friday until midnight and Saturday only until 17:00; it is closed on Sunday.
