Cafeladeria 4D — Surco

4D has been one of Lima's reference gelaterias for decades, and this is its shop in the El Polo shopping centre on La Encalada. The gelato list is the brand's own: the Grand Cru line with Pistacchio Puro di Bronte DOP, Nocciola Pura di Piemonte DOP, El Amante made with seven 70% cacaos, the Amarenatta di Ana María with Italian cherries in Belgian chocolate and the Cioccolato Dubái with pistachio and kataifi; the vegan lemon, passion fruit, lúcuma, pineapple and strawberry sorbets, made from pure fruit with no additives; and the sugar-free, low-calorie Doppiozero line. It also works as a café, with sandwiches and ice cream sundaes. It opens Monday to Saturday from eight and on Sundays from nine.
