Cevichería Puerto 260

Puerto 260 is on block 2 of Avenida Abancay, the eastern edge of the historic center, near Congress and the Mercado Central. Its 2026 menu says 'since 2013' and revolves around catch-of-the-day ceviche, seafood rice, jalea mixta and combos such as the Dúo Pirata (ceviche with fried squid) or the Trío Marinos; ceviche, fried fish and bouillabaisse are what show up most in diners' photos. It has a bar, and Google lists happy hour and sports on TV. Our take: this is a midday seafood house for downtown office workers and groups, generous and straightforward, more useful than surprising. It opens every day from early morning and closes at 6 p.m.; reservations are made via WhatsApp. Curation note: the hours on its website (closed on weekends) do not match those on its Google listing, which the house manages; we used Google's.
