Chifa Choy Tac

This is Choy Tac's branch on Av. Alfredo Benavides, block 38, in Santiago de Surco; the house lists a second location at Av. Primavera 2030 on its Instagram. Shaomai, fried rice, sweet-and-sour chicken, filled wontons and sesame chicken recur in diners' photos. Our take: it is a high-volume, habit-forming chifa, the kind that handles the Sunday family lunch and the home delivery order with the same menu. It runs two shifts Monday to Saturday (12:00–17:00 and 18:30–22:30) and is open straight through on Sundays; Google recommends booking for lunch and lists high chairs and free parking.
