Chifa Oso Panda

Chifa Oso Panda occupies the corner of Av. Universitaria and Av. La Mar in San Miguel, and on its official account it describes itself as a chifa restaurant and reception hall. The house shows tipakay chicken, chaufa fried rice, dim sum and fried wontons, and offers individual combos Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00; on Google, diners mostly photograph the pisco sour, the chicken broth and the fried rice. Our take: it is the neighborhood's celebration chifa, with high chairs, pisco sours and room for a big table, rather than a quick stop. According to Google it opens Monday to Thursday from 12:15 to 22:00, Friday and Saturday until 23:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 21:00; it takes reservations and has free parking.
