Chifa Ton Kong

Ton Kong operates at Av. Aviación 2772, in San Borja, in a dining room of round tables with lazy Susans, red lanterns and table service, with wheelchair-accessible entrance and restrooms. The house itself shows on its social media the chicken chaufa fried rice, chichón fan (rice noodle rolls), fried wontons with their dipping sauce, vegetable stir-fries and steamed dim sum; diners' photos also feature fried noodles and chow mein. Our take: it is the big-table chifa for going with a group or with family and ordering to share, with more traditional dining-room craft than signature ambition. It opens every day from 12:00 to 22:00, takes reservations and cards, and takes orders via WhatsApp; Google lists free parking with enough space. Curator's note: the house uses number 2772 on Av. Aviación while Google places it at 2766; it is the same venue.
