Delfino Mar occupies a corner house with a tiled roof and blue striped awnings at Av. Jorge Chávez 509, in Miraflores. It presents itself as a fish and seafood restaurant: Google highlights the Señorita fish ceviche and lomo saltado, and fried seafood jalea, arroz con pollo and pisco sour are among what diners photograph most; on social media it posts dishes such as mussels a la chalaca.
