Why we recommend it
Don Belisario started as a rotisserie and spread across Lima in large-format rooms, most of them on main avenues and in shopping centres. The Larco branch is the most central in Miraflores: charcoal chicken by the portion or whole, grills, criollo dishes and a bar that carries the cocktail list. In 2025 it was nominated for Best Rotisserie Chicken at the Summum awards.
