Don Melchor opened on the Primavera corner and now has two branches in Surco. The Primavera one is the flagship: a front patio full of planters, a large dining room and a menu that runs from whole rotisserie chicken to grills for two and four, with skirt steak, chaufas and pastas along the way. Good beer and cocktail selection. In 2026 it was nominated for Best Rotisserie at the Premios Somos.
