Barra libre de makis (all you can eat) en Caminos del Inca · surco · $$
Dragon Rolls Sushi
Why we recommend it
Dragon Rolls occupies a spot at Av. Caminos del Inca 2519 in Santiago de Surco, with a lit-up façade, plants at the entrance and open-air seating. Its pitch is the all-you-can-eat maki bar —as it presents itself on Instagram— with several roll flavors, plus cocktails, beers and happy hour. Our take: it is a place for quantity rather than technique, built for eating makis without counting pieces; its Google rating (3.8) suggests an uneven experience. It opens daily from 12:30 pm to 11 pm, and reservations and orders are made via WhatsApp; Google lists a kids' menu, high chairs, free Wi-Fi and that dogs are allowed. Curator's note: it has no website of its own beyond its online ordering page, and the price of the all-you-can-eat bar changes with promotions, so we do not list it.
