Glotons sits at Av. Comandante Espinar 529 in Miraflores, and its Google listing shows it open 24 hours, seven days a week. The menu mixes fast food and Peruvian Creole cooking: among what shows up most in diners' photos and reviews are lomo saltado, salchipapa, patita con maní, chicha morada and coffee. Our take: it is not a culinary destination but a neighborhood resource, useful precisely at the hours when almost everything else is closed.
