Lucio Caffe - Primavera

Lucio Caffe is the café of Grupo Mambrino —the group behind Trattoria di Mambrino and Bodega de la Trattoria— and has locations in several Lima districts; this one is at Av. Primavera 716 in Surco, with a terrace and outdoor seating. The house describes itself as a café with a baker's soul, and its website features the grilled caprese, the strawberry tartlet, the double smash burger, salads and lasagna. Our take: it is a neighborhood café with a trattoria kitchen behind it, comfortable for a long breakfast or for working on a laptop, as Google also notes. It opens daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and until 11 p.m. on Fridays; reservations go through Meitre.
