El chifa de Gastón Acurio, sede San Borja · san borja · $$
Madam Tusan
Why we recommend it
Madam Tusan occupies a space at Calle Morelli 241, in San Borja's commercial area next to La Rambla and Av. Aviación. The house defines itself as a Peruvian chifa founded in April 2011 under Gastón Acurio's name, and its menu runs through chaufas, wok-fried noodles, special wonton soup, roasts and dim sum; the taypas for 4, 6 and 8 people are designed for sharing. Our take: it is the tablecloth, family-gathering chifa in chain format, more predictable than neighborhood chifas but comfortable for large groups, with a bar and a private dining room according to Google. It opens every day from noon and until midnight Thursday through Saturday; Google lists parking service and recommends booking. Curator's note: the published phone number is the brand's central line, not a line specific to this location.
