Madam Tusan - Plaza San Miguel

It sits on Blvd. Plaza Mantaro inside the Plaza San Miguel mall and is one of Madam Tusan's Lima branches. The official menu, with prices published on its website, runs from chicken chaufa and wok-tossed noodles to the special wonton soup and a dim sum section. Our take: it is the mall chifa for a no-surprises family meal, with more table service and cocktails than a food court; Google lists a kids' menu and a bar. It opens every day from noon to 11 p.m. according to its Google listing and takes reservations. Curator's note: at the time of review the website's reservations page said it was not taking online bookings, so calling the central line is the safer bet.
