Manolo, which goes by Churrería Manolo Perú on social media, sits at Av. José Larco 608, on Miraflores' main commercial strip, and says it has been serving since 1968. What shows up most in diners' photos are the churros, the hot chocolate, sandwiches such as the club, burgers, lomo saltado, salchipapa and cheesecake. Our take: it is an old-school café with a long counter and fast-turning tables, more a walk-in institution than a dining destination, and it works as well for breakfast as for a late-night craving; Google puts the spend at S/ 20–80.
