Master Kong - Primavera

This Master Kong sits behind a red façade on Av. Primavera, on the San Borja side that borders Chacarilla; the brand also has branches in Pueblo Libre, La Molina, Real Plaza Primavera, Larcomar, downtown Lima (Paruro and Jirón de la Unión) and Piura. The cooking is chifa, the Cantonese-Peruvian blend: diners' photos mostly show chow mein, fried rice, noodles and dim sum. Our take: it is a well-oiled chain chifa, with round tables and platters to share, better suited to a group dinner or a family lunch than to discovering something new. It opens daily from noon to 23:00 (Sunday until 22:00), takes reservations through Mesa 24/7, and Google notes a bar, a private dining room, high chairs, wheelchair access and parking. Curator's note: Google names the listing "Primavera - Chacarilla", but both Google and OpenStreetMap place the restaurant in San Borja, and Mesa 24/7 lists it as the San Borja branch.
