Punta Sal Conquistadores is at Av. Los Conquistadores 948, in San Isidro's commercial area, and is one of four Lima branches of a brand that describes itself as a benchmark of Peruvian cooking specialized in fish and seafood. The menu covers ceviches, seafood starters, rice dishes, soups such as parihuela and Creole plates, with vegetarian options; the fish ceviche and the paella-style rice are what Google highlights as popular. Our take: it is the classic long-lunch cevichería, with no chef-driven pretensions, where you go for consistency rather than surprise. It only opens during the day: according to its website, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and until 5:30 p.m. on weekends; reservations are arranged via WhatsApp and Google recommends booking for lunch.
