Puro Corazón Parrillada Peruana

Puro Corazón is at Parque Principal 155, in old San Miguel, and its Instagram describes it as a Peruvian grill house since 1987. The menu revolves around Creole grilling: anticuchos with golden potatoes and corn, pancita, rachi, ribs and mixed grills, with picarones for dessert. Our take: it is a neighborhood anticuchería and grill house with history, built for big tables and shared platters, closer to a family meal than to a premium-cut steakhouse. It opens every day from 14:00 to 23:00 according to Google; bookings go through its online reservation page, which offers the first floor, second floor and terrace, and it accepts cards.
