Fong Loy occupies several numbers on Av. Los Constructores (137, 145 and 217) in La Molina, and presents itself on social media as a chifa since 1999. Our take: it does not try to reinvent chifa but to be the neighborhood's trusted one, the place you return to with family or order from on a Sunday; Google flags it as good for kids and families.
