Rodizio

Rodizio sits at Av. Aviación 4555 in Santiago de Surco and is one of five branches of a brand that has been in Lima for more than two decades. The format is the Brazilian rodizio: waiters walk the dining room with skewers of different cuts of meat that are carved at the table, while the buffet offers salads, Creole dishes, pastas, sides, desserts and the grilled pineapple the house highlights. Our take: it is an all-you-can-eat plan, built for birthdays and big tables rather than an intimate dinner or a single cut. Google lists a bar, wheelchair access and free parking; it takes reservations, which the house handles through its website and WhatsApp. It opens Monday to Thursday until 23:00, Friday and Saturday until midnight and Sunday until 22:00.
