Rodizio - Miraflores

Rodizio occupies a space on Av. Angamos Este 478 in Miraflores and is one of the brand's Lima locations, alongside La Molina and Los Olivos. The concept, in the house's own words, is cuts that come off the grill and go straight to the table so you can try a variety and repeat your favorites at your own pace; Google describes a salad bar and buffet-style service, and among the things diners photograph most are churrasco, polenta and pisco sours. Our take: this is the grill for abundance and group celebrations, where you come to eat plenty rather than to seek out one particular cut. It opens from noon to 23:00 Monday to Thursday, until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and until 22:00 on Sundays; Google marks reservations as required, and also notes free parking.
