Selectos Ibéricos Miraflores - Tarata

Selectos Ibéricos occupies a glass-fronted space at Calle Tarata 277, the pedestrian passage steps from Parque Kennedy; according to its own blog, this branch opened as the nightlife bet of a brand that already had shops in San Isidro. It is a shop and a bar at once: Ibérico and Serrano hams sliced to order, cheeses, cured meats, bocatas and sharing boards, with Spanish wine; paella, garlic prawns and charcuterie recur in diners' photos. Our take: it works better as a stop for a board and a glass of wine in the heart of Miraflores than as a long, lingering meal. It opens from 7 a.m. and stays open until 1 a.m. Thursday to Saturday (Sundays 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.), according to Google; it takes reservations and cards.
