Vlady runs its main store at Jr. Junín 494, on the corner with block 45 of the Vía Expresa, in the northern part of Miraflores; the brand's deliveries also leave from here, and it has other branches in Lima. Its website organizes the offer by cake families: moist sponge cakes (chocolate, manjarblanco, golden berry, passion fruit), tres leches, chantilly, soufflés, gateaux, meringue cakes, cheesecakes and ice-cream cakes, plus pound cakes, pies, children's cakes and sweet and savory bites. Our take: it is an old-school display-case bakery, the place you go for the birthday cake or a quick coffee and dessert, rather than a chef-driven pastry shop.
