XII Lima Gothic Wave "New European Dark Wave"

Lima will be part of the New European Dark Wave: STAATSEINDE (Netherlands) JE T'AIME (France) NAO KATAFUCHI (Japan / Germany) Special guests from Peru: ILUSIÓN MARCHITA DJ MELANCOX

The XII Lima Gothic Wave will, for the first time, feature three European acts who are current representatives of Dark Wave. A special night where each act will deliver a complete and unforgettable show; all the acts are reference points within the European dark electronic circuit:

STAATSEINDE (Netherlands) — EBM / synth An explosive duo formed by Der Neo and Milium, known for their intense live shows and their distinctive sonic universe. Their proposal blends piercing electro, synth lines loaded with nostalgia, and provocative vocals. They deliver an energetic, theatrical, and deeply danceable spectacle. Their sound moves freely between wave, EBM, punk, and techno, defying labels—imagine the rebellious spirit of the Sex Pistols combined with the electronic precision of Kraftwerk, taken to the edge of the dance floor.

JE T'AIME (France) — cold wave / post-punk dBoy (vocals/synth), Crazy Z (bass/synth/backing), and Lady Louise (guitar/backing). Born in the damp basements of the streets of Paris, influenced by the post-punk and new wave sounds of the 80s, JE T'AIME shakes both the hips and the gut, breaking codes with a raw, emotional, and deeply danceable energy. After their appearances at festivals such as Wave Gotik Treffen and Castle Party, establishing themselves as one of the most vibrant names on the European dark circuit, they arrive at the XII Lima Gothic Wave Festival for an unmissable performance. NAO KATAFUCHI (Japan / Germany) — darkwave / minimal synth. Nao has created his own universe of Cold Romantic Wave. Born in the suburbs of Tokyo during Japan's technological boom in the 1980s, he absorbed the retrofuturistic aesthetic that would later define his sound. He launched his cold, romantic synth-pop sound in New York before settling in Germany's Ruhr region. His musical journey continues as a ritual of classic synthesizers, guided by a dark, melancholic sensibility.

ILUSIÓN MARCHITA - Dark Wave/post-punk Special guests from Peru With many years on stage, this time the band will bring its electronic instrumentation to the dance floor of this unforgettable night. Melancox, Paex, Doble X, Rx, and Willy G are the special guests.
