Baco y Vaca San Isidro
Why we recommend it
Baco y Vaca San Isidro occupies a corner site on Av. Dos de Mayo, with a large dining room, a covered terrace, a private room and a wine cellar the house puts on display as part of the concept. The menu is meat with range: the photos diners post to Google show churrasco, fillet, even venison, alongside patatas bravas, cheesecake and brownie, and the house also plays with small bites such as pork-belly bao. Our read: this is a white-tablecloth grill rather than a coals-in-view one — wine, private rooms and valet service put it on the occasion-restaurant side — and the three nominations the entry already carries (Summum 2025 in meats and two 2026 Premios Somos) confirm it as the brand's flagship. Practically: it opens Monday to Saturday from noon to eleven and on Sundays only until 5; booking is advisable, there is free parking with valet, a kids' menu and high chairs, and the place is wheelchair accessible. Curation note: the official site publishes no priced menu (the menu link Google shows is a bit.ly shortener), so no menu was loaded, and the only image available is the one from Google's owner-posted category. Baco y Vaca has a second location in Miraflores, with its own entry in Limeo.
