Cala

Cala is one of the few places in Lima where you eat with the sea at eye level: it sits on Barranco's Circuito de Playas, right on the sand, and the terrace is why people book ahead. The house works in two shifts: by day it is a restaurant — seafood, ceviche, salads, grill — and at night it turns into a restobar, with its own cocktail list, live music and a bar on each floor. There is a main menu, a bar menu for the first and second floors, snacks and Japanese, desserts and a separate wine list. It opens daily from midday; Sunday to Wednesday it closes at one and Thursday to Saturday at three in the morning. In 2025 it was nominated in the restobar-lounge category at the Premios Summum.
