Cantina Di Epicvro

La Cantina di Epicvro is the most personal project of Marco Antino, a Genoese cook who opened his first restaurant in 1997 and has since built Mare & Monti and Symposivm, with more than fifteen Summum awards behind him. Here he works exclusively with Italian produce and does not fix the menu: he builds it each day around what is fresh and what has arrived. The house describes its own cooking as "elegant simplicity". The room is an old Miraflores mansion on Avenida Grau, kept with its Peruvian character and given an Italian hand: outdoor tables, a fireplace, and a wine list you can see in the bottles. It works a double shift Tuesday to Friday, evenings only on Saturdays and lunch only on Sundays. It closes on Mondays. In 2025 it collected two Premios Summum nominations, one of them for Italian cooking.
