Celeste Solar Bar

Celeste sits on the tenth floor of the Hyatt Centric San Isidro, and the house describes it as a New York-style rooftop: a cocktail bar, small-plate cooking and an open terrace over the city. It opens at four in the afternoon Monday to Wednesday and at five Thursday to Saturday, closing at two or three in the morning depending on the day; Sundays it stays shut. Our read: this is a long-afternoon place more than a dinner one — happy hour and sunset are its best moment — with live music on some nights and room for groups, and the hotel solves the parking, which is scarce on that block.
