Chifa Internacional sits on Avenida Roosevelt, where Miraflores meets Surquillo, and it is one of the big old-school chifas: a wide dining room, private salons for celebrations and a menu you work through as a family. It runs two sittings Monday to Saturday — midday to four and seven to ten — and straight through on Sundays until nine, and Google singles out its tea selection.
