Don Fernando has been on Avenida Garzón for over thirty years. The Vera-Horna siblings inherited their mother's and grandmothers' recipe book and keep it unretouched: cebiches, octopus muchame, whole grilled fish, causas and house desserts, served in a long dining room with a covered patio. It opens only at midday and closes at five; in 2025 it was nominated in two Summum categories.
