Why we recommend it
El Italiano has been on the corner of Enrique León García, in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood, for years, and runs the full repertoire: twenty- and thirty-centimetre pizzas, dried and fresh pasta with a long list of sauces, baked pastas, ossobuco, saltimbocca and escalopes, plus Italian desserts and a wine list. It closes on Mondays and works two sittings, midday and evening. In 2025 it was nominated at Summum for Italian Cooking.
