El Olimpo - Restobar

El Olimpo is at Calle Berlín 327, in the Miraflores bar district, and has a second branch on Av. Aramburú in San Isidro. It is a nighttime bar-restaurant: Google tags it for good cocktails, a good beer selection, karaoke, happy hour, food served at the bar into the early hours and room for dancing, and its décor includes neon signs. Our take: it is a place to go out in a group and stay late, more party than dinner; the food is there to accompany, not the reason to visit. Practical notes: it opens every day from 18:00 (17:00 on Fridays and Saturdays) and, according to Google, closes at 1:00 Sunday to Thursday and at 3:00 on Fridays and Saturdays; it takes reservations. Curation notice: it has no verified website of its own, only Instagram, and Google warns that parking is somewhat hard to find.
