El Tridente Sabor Divino

El Tridente Sabor Divino sits on the 300 block of Jirón Ica, in the heart of the Cercado and a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas; the brand also runs a location on Avenida El Polo in Surco. Its official account organizes the menu into ceviches, trios, small plates, soups and rice dishes, and shows plates such as scallops, salmon tiradito, crispy causa and a club sandwich, plus breakfasts and a chilcano festival at the bar. Our take: it is a lively, central lunchtime cevichería, the kind that works as a safe stop on a walk through downtown rather than as a chef-driven destination. It opens daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and takes reservations and cards; Google warns that parking in the area is hard.
