Helarte is at Calle Bolívar 205 in Miraflores, one of the locations of a small brand that also operates in Surco and San Borja. Its website defines it as a space full of art and bills it as the country's first 2D venue; the menu revolves around ice cream, crepes and waffles, with coffee, breakfasts and savory dishes such as salads. Our take: it is a place for cravings and photos more than for a meal, but Google also highlights it as a good spot to work on a laptop and to bring children, with a kids' menu. It opens every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., takes reservations, allows dogs and has a terrace; parking in the area is somewhat difficult according to Google.
