Fusión mediterránea en una de las terrazas más grandes de Miraflores · miraflores · $$$
Lalá Miraflores
Why we recommend it
It stands on the corner of C. 2 de Mayo 701 in Miraflores, in the space the Dolce Capriccio pastry shop used to occupy. It opened in October 2022 under chef Umberto Salini with a Mediterranean fusion menu built on local produce: grilled scallops with balsamic butter and cecina, razor-clam tiradito with yellow chilli, braised beef cheek, creamy duck rice with magret and criolla sauce, curried prawns; Google flags the huachana skillet and the pizzas as popular, which is the other, more casual half of the proposition. Our read: the terrace is not an accessory but the reason, and the house treats it as such — it wraps around the kitchen, with private tables and heavy planting; that double menu, signature plate and shared skillet, is what lets it work at 9 in the morning as well as at midnight. The practicalities: it opens all seven days from 8:30 in the morning, closing at midnight except Sundays, which cut off at 10:30; it accepts reservations and recommends them for both services, and has a bar and its own parking with accessible spaces. The entry records a 2026 Premios Somos nomination in Club El Comercio. Curation note: the directory entry carried neither address nor district and listed it as criollo cooking; the house defines itself as Mediterranean fusion, so both were corrected.
