The house defines itself as Cantonese cooking and says it seeks tradition, technique and hospitality in equal parts; the room is built for the family table as much as the working lunch, and Google highlights the cocktails, the desserts and the tea selection. Our read: the split service is what separates it from the neighbourhood chifa — it closes between 4 and 7 in the afternoon, something a corner chifa cannot afford, and which only a house with bookings and a large room can sustain; the range diners report, S/ 40 to 140, points the same way.
