Madam Tusan

Madam Tusan operates in Paso 28 de Julio, at Av. 28 de Julio 1045, by Av. Paseo de la República in Miraflores. Its official menu is organised into dim sums, fried rice, noodles, classics and roasts: chaufa Tusán, special wonton soup, chi jau kay chicken in sesame sauce, cru yok chicken with pineapple and peaches, and the roast pork, the classic cha siu with pickled radish. Our take: this is the chifa built for the big table and the family, with published prices and a tidy Chinese-Peruvian kitchen rather than a neighbourhood one; Google puts the spend at S/ 40–120 per person. It opens 12:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and from 9:00 on Saturdays and Sundays; it takes reservations through its website and Google recommends booking for lunch and dinner. Google notes it has a bar and parking with plenty of space.
