Makoto Sushi Bar has two locations, one in Miraflores and this one inside Jockey Plaza in Surco, in the Sodimac area. Its menu is organized into poke bowls, sashimi, fusion and premium makis, boxes, and stir-fries and rice dishes, and its rolls include the Inka maki. Our take: it is a reliable sushi option for lunch or dinner inside the mall, with a bar and drinks, more practical than special-occasion. It opens daily at noon; it closes at 10 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, at 10:30 p.m. Thursday to Saturday and at 8:30 p.m. on Sundays.
