Bistró francés de desayuno a cena · san isidro · $$
Parisien
Why we recommend it
Parisien occupies a space with a terrace on Av. Felipe Pardo y Aliaga, in financial San Isidro, and describes itself on its Linktree as an authentic French bistro. The house works with several menus depending on the hour: a daytime menu, a carte for lunch (12:00 to 16:00) and dinner (from 19:00), a drinks list from noon and a Sunday brunch from 8:00 to 13:00. Diners' photos mostly show burgers, ice cream and tea service with pastries, and one visitor highlights its galette des rois. Our take: it is more of an all-purpose, French-leaning neighborhood bistro than a classic French dining room; it works best for a long breakfast, tea or a meeting rather than an occasion dinner, and Google reviews are mixed on the consistency of the kitchen. Reservations are by WhatsApp; according to Google it opens daily from 7:00 to 22:00 (23:00 Thursday to Saturday), with wifi, a terrace and on-site parking. Curation note: it has no website of its own beyond the Linktree, and its street number appears as 596 on Google and 598 on the Linktree.
