Saha operates at Calle Bolívar 164, inside the Tierra Viva Hotel Miraflores Larco and behind the Atlantic City casino, on a terrace with green walls, a slatted roof and a neon-lit indoor room. The menu mixes cocktails with Peruvian bar food; pisco sour, ceviche and lomo saltado are what shows up most in diners' photos. Our take: it is a terrace bar for starting the night with a group in the heart of Miraflores, built more for drinks and atmosphere than for a long meal.
