Our reading: though the brand is a pastry one, the 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. schedule seven days a week and Google's tags — popular for breakfast, a good place to work — place it as an all-day café; the pastry is the product, but the business is the table. Entrance, space and parking are listed as accessible. Curation note: the directory entry carried no address, zone, phone, hours or attributes. The brand has at least four Lima venues — Santa Cruz 925, Av. del Ejército 645, Monte Grande 185 and one more; we chose Santa Cruz as the most-reviewed (264 against 173, 25 and 11). Note one difference between branches: the Av. del Ejército one declares a much wider band, 20 to 120 soles, so the menus are not identical. Google publishes no website.
