Francesco de Sanctis brought the Piura picantería to Miraflores and swept the awards in two years: Best New Restaurant at Summum 2025 and at the Premios Somos the same year, then Best Regional Restaurant in Lima at Somos 2026. The cooking heads north without compromise and the house picantes lead the way; seco de chabelo, duck rice and tamalitos verdes are what regulars order again.
