Cevichería Miramar San Borja

Cevichería Miramar San Borja is at Av. Aviación 3031 and is one of the brand's four Lima branches, along with La Molina, Lince and Miraflores; the house speaks of a seafood tradition since 1978. The menu is the classic cevichería: fish ceviche, mixed jalea, black clams, parihuela, seco de pescado, fried fish roe and seafood rice, with cold platters to share. It has outdoor seating and wifi, according to Google. Our take: it is a craftsman's cevichería, more about a reliable lunch and familiar seasoning than a new proposal, with the advantage of staying open into the evening on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday to Thursday it closes at 4:30 p.m.; it takes reservations and street parking can be hard to find.
