Chifa Fu Jou

It operates inside the Hotel Britania Miraflores, at Calle 2 de Mayo 416, a few blocks from Avenida Pardo, in a dining room with red tablecloths and a private room; on Instagram it describes itself as traditional and fusion Chinese food since 1991. It is a broad-menu chifa: diners on Google highlight the razor clams, fried pork ribs and wonton soup, and agree that many platters feed two or three people. Our take: this is a round-table, family-style chifa, more traditional than trendy, where the sharing format matters more than novelty. It runs two services: 12:00 to 15:15 and 18:30 to 22:15 Monday to Saturday (on Sundays, until 15:30 and 21:15); Google recommends booking for lunch, and reservations and orders are handled over WhatsApp. It has free parking with a parking service.
