Conamu

Conamu is where you would expect to find Korean food in Lima: in the basement of the Arenales shopping centre in Lince, the corridor where the city's Korean businesses cluster. It is a small, fast-turning room — Google states outright that "you generally have to wait" — with the classic tray menu: japchae, bibimbap, soups, fried dishes and the banchan that come with them. It opens every day from half past twelve to half past eight. Our read: this is one of those addresses that hold their reputation on sheer volume, with almost four thousand reviews at 4.4 and a student crowd at midday; if you are a group, go early or count on the queue.
